Residents do not need to schedule pickups. Our team follows a consistent 3-day schedule, collecting bagged trash directly from each doorstep.
What should I do if I miss a pickup?
If a pickup is missed due to resident error (e.g., late placement), service will resume on the next scheduled day. For property-related concerns, management can contact our team directly.
What items are prohibited from being collected?
We cannot collect hazardous materials, large furniture pieces, or electronic waste due to safety and disposal regulations. Please contact support to dispose of these separately.
